Acting President Yemi Osinbajo directed that surveillance be stepped up at the borders in order to forestall ‘import’ of Ebola from Congo.

The Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole, disclosed this to State House correspondents after the Federal Executive Council meeting.

The minister said: “As I stated last week, in matters of public health emergencies, what is certain is that there will always be an outbreak.
